This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the spinsini platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the spinsini platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all spinsini platform users, including visitors, registered users and active users. spinsini reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date of the current terms is as shown on this page.
2Account Creation and Security
To access the full services of the spinsini platform, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. spinsini reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a user's age and identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 3User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Spinsini platform users agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative or unlawful activities.
- Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts without prior written authorisation from spinsini.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses or special offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or providing false information during the registration process.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, as well as the freezing of any existing balance pending further investigation.
4Payments, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on the spinsini platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods such as FPX, GrabPay and local bank transfers.
You are responsible for ensuring that your registered bank account details are accurate and belong to you. spinsini is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user. All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account registered under the same user's name. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard compliance checks and processing times may vary depending on the bank and method selected. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy and may be updated from time to time.
Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or payment processors are the sole responsibility of the user.
5Liability Limits and Account Policy
Spinsini provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the platform's content for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, spinsini shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss or business disruption.
Spinsini reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Actions that compromise the security of the platform or other users.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, spinsini reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If no fraud is established, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
6Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Governing Law
All content on the spinsini platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics and software, is the property of spinsini or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content without prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. spinsini does not control the content of those websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices. You visit any third-party website entirely at your own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
